How do I close my account?
Your account will close automatically after 60 consecutive days

Why is my credit card being declined?
Declines may result for any one of the following reasons:

Are there any charges when I withdraw?
The following fees apply to withdrawals by check or wire. Contact
us for more information on crediting money back to your credit
card. Withdrawals are subject to a $5.00 dollar fee for amounts over
$25.00 dollars. In addition, your bank may impose internet
transaction fees; please contact your bank for information regarding
this issue.
- A Fast Track Refund can be issued at your request for a $10
charge. In addition, a delivery fee below will be deducted from
the withdrawal amount and the balance will be forwarded to you by
your nominated withdrawal method.
- Wire fee of US$40.00 dollars if your bank is located in the
United States.
- Wire fee of US$55.00 dollars if your bank is located
Internationally.
- Fed-Ex Express Delivery fee of US$27.00 dollars whether you
are located in the United States or Internationally.
In the event that you provide us with an incorrect mailing
address, there is a $35.00 dollar fee for reissuing that particular
check. We will only reissue a check 1 month after it has been mailed
to an address in the US and 2 months if they were mailed

Can I modify/cancel my withdrawal after I make it?
Depending on the status of your withdrawal, you may or may not be
