Are there any charges when I withdraw?

The following fees apply to withdrawals by check or wire. Contact us for more information on crediting money back to your credit card. Withdrawals are subject to a $5.00 dollar fee for amounts over $25.00 dollars. In addition, your bank may impose internet transaction fees; please contact your bank for information regarding this issue.

  • A Fast Track Refund can be issued at your request for a $10 charge. In addition, a delivery fee below will be deducted from the withdrawal amount and the balance will be forwarded to you by your nominated withdrawal method.
  • Wire fee of US$40.00 dollars if your bank is located in the United States.
  • Wire fee of US$55.00 dollars if your bank is located Internationally.
  • Fed-Ex Express Delivery fee of US$27.00 dollars whether you are located in the United States or Internationally.

In the event that you provide us with an incorrect mailing address, there is a $35.00 dollar fee for reissuing that particular check. We will only reissue a check 1 month after it has been mailed to an address in the US and 2 months if they were mailed internationally.
